Choosing which size is best for you will depend on your flow, which is why having a different size cup for lighter and heavier days can work a treat! It also depends on your cervix height and anatomy. The rim and stem size of La Cup has been designed to be a great option for most.
Here's our overall guide:
AA Cup: An extra small cup for teens and petite women. 16 ml capacity.
A Cup: Suitable for women under 30 years of age, or who haven't given birth. Light to Medium flow. Great for first time users. 25 ml capacity.
B Cup: Suitable for women over 30 years, who have given birth or for heavier flow days. 35 ml capacity.

It also depends on your cervix height and anatomy, if you’re starting out the A Cup is a great place to start. If you have a heavier flow you can just empty more regularly.
